Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Inspired by her observation of shadows reflected on the ground The artist took months experimenting with a method to convey objects in two dimensions on canvas. When the objects are alive or perishable like humans and fruits and other objects, they are transformed into paintings of them. The style that Alexa paints is very ephemeral. Only the images of her work are preserved. Because the photography and painting techniques are coordinated so closely and result in an illusion of trompe l'oeil, that creates the illusion of three dimensions is only visible at certain places, for example the region around the eyes or hair. At times, Meade integrates her painted models into the 3D environment around them, which allows the models to be part of their own self-created environment. This eliminates the distinctions between photography, painting, and installation.
